Ltd, along with his wife Hyma in 2011 – with a vision to enrich and enable the learning experience for K-12 in India and globally by a team of educators, researchers, global policy makers, software technologists and entrepreneurs with decades of collective experience working with and running world –class organizations .

Prior to Everest, Krishna was the founder and Executive Vice Chairman of ISGN. ISGN is a global platform- based KPO mortgage solutions company providing an end-to-end spectrum of software products and KPO services across the entire mortgage value chain (mortgage origination and mortgage servicing solutions).

He transformed ISGN from a technology solution provider into a niche KPO platform providing end-to-end solutions provider.

ISGN today is 2nd largest provider of mortgage services. He acquired a stratified customer base with Top 15 banks accounting for 75% of revenues and helped ISGN scale to over 400 customers, 1400 Associates.

Under Krishna’s leadership, ISGN grew to $100M in revenues, a 300% increase in revenues since Mar 08 and offered investors a 3.8x return on investment in 5 years

ISGN was ranked among the top performing and fastest growing companies in the world.

Early Years

Prior to joining ISGN, Krishna headed his own venture Neptune Technologies, a premier Technologies, Services & Systems Architecture Consulting Service Company & worked with Private Equity Funds. Krishna worked with Tier-1 clientele like JPMorgan, GAP, Fritz, GMACCM and APL. Krishna later sold Neptune to a 3i Ventures company – Sand Hill.

At Ramco Systems during his early years, he was the principal technical architect building Ramco’s core ERP system. Krishna worked closely with the management team on the placement of USD 40million equity leading to the IPO process.
