He has exhibited his business acumen in providing insights to realize the vision of corporates and capture regional opportunities via expansion, repositioning, M&A, turnarounds, and business culture transformations. He has successfully built a solid track record of success.

Reji served as the CEO at Al Anwar Holdings, a listed private equity company where he was able to turn the group around to register record growth and performance. 

He assumed charge when the company reported record losses and orchestrated a rebuilding that saw a record turnaround in profits in their corporate history. In 2016, the Oman Economic Review ranked him among the top 100 CEOs. 

He was previously associated with KPMG as their Director of Corporate Finance. A major chunk of his work experience has revolved around management/private equity/corporate finance over the past 2 decades.

Presently residing in Chennai, he is now a respected investor, advisor, social worker, and artist in his free time. He is the trustee and treasurer of Prathysaha ‘A Home of Hope’ which is an NGO for children with HIV/AIDS.  

Being a gifted artist he has held solo and group exhibitions. His works can be viewed on the website www.reji7000.com. His paintings were showcased in a month-long solo exhibition held in March 2018 which was sponsored by DakshinaChitra. 

His artworks have also been selected for the Affordable Art Fair in New York in 2018. 

In his free time, Reji enjoys a round of golf, indulges in scuba diving, practices martial arts, and relaxes with cycling.

He is an active member of The Chennai Angels and is also associated with The Madras Management Association and the TiE – Chennai Chapter.

Rohini Manian is the CEO of Global Adjustments, a premier relocation, cross-cultural, and real estate services company. She uses her western education and intrinsic Indian business acumen to serve both the FDI and Indian clients ably.

Rohini serves as the CEO of Global Adjustments Services Private Limited (GA). GA is a relocation and realty services company that provides support for expatriate families and Indians with real estate needs. They ease the path for individuals and corporates relocating to India for work.

They have successfully relocated, trained numerous Fortune 500 companies and diplomatic missions. Global Adjustments is based in India with six offices, besides having a few representatives working overseas in the US.

The top product is their monthly magazine, Culturama, which is the first and the only Indian culture and lifestyle magazine for expatriates and Indians alike.

Mr. Sameer Mehta (Sam) is the Chief Investment Director of the Atlas Family Office and the Vice Chairman of Dr. Mehta’s Hospitals (amongst India’s oldest and most respected private hospitals).  

Sam is the co-founder of a number of entities, including India Home Health Care, Arya Play Games, and Atlas Intelligence, and participates in various national healthcare and

investment advisory committees.  He serves on the boards of the Arya Fund, Proklean Technologies, IIT Madras Rural & Technology Incubator.   

Mr. Mehta brings over 2 decades of enterprise leadership, multinational operating, project management, governance, strategic consulting, investment management, and entrepreneurial experience within leading organizations like McKinsey & Company, Shell, and Fortune 10 and Family Business companies across multiple sectors (healthcare, education, energy, chemicals, food, technology, and retail) across Asia, Europe, Latin, and North America.  

He was a former venture advisor with TVS Capital and an election observer with the OSCE/UN. Mr. Mehta is a regular speaker and governing advisor at international conferences and symposiums on healthcare, family business succession, human behavior, clean-tech, wealth, and investment management across multiple continents. 

Mr. Mehta is the co-creator of the Values Game and the Fears Game.  He is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), and Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).   

Mr. Mehta has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering Management, and Masters in Chemical Engineering.  Mr. Mehta is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng) and Fellow (FEng) with the Institute of Chemical Engineers, a Professional European Engineer (EUR ING) with FEANI, a Chartered Scientist (CSci) with the Science Council, a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) with the Society for the Environment and a Sainsbury Management Fellow (SMF) with the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK. 

Mr. Mehta is married and is outnumbered with twin daughters and a cat.

Sanjay is the Managing Partner of AP International. He started his career with the family business of film and commercial finance which has been in existence since 1956. He has diversified the business and grown the media business, becoming one of the largest exporters of Tamil films from India.

In the course of his career, he has been involved with setting up Pyramid audio (a leading audio label in South India) and also has set up AnAk Exports Private Limited, a 100 percent EOU for the export of films in various digital formats.

AP International is present in all verticals of the entertainment industry except the production of films. They have cinemas in Sharjah, London, and Birmingham. AP International has a back catalogue of 450 Tamil and Malayalam films and has catered to home entertainment.

He completed his education at Don Bosco, Loyola College, Chennai, and his MBA in finance from the University of Scranton, the USA in 1987.

Sanjay is married to Vrinda, and have 2 children, his son Anish has graduated from the University of Warwick UK in Sept 2013 with his MS in business (finance and accounting) and his daughter is in Nottingham Trent University pursuing her MSc in Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Sanjay Lulla is the founder of S.M.LULLA INDUSTRIES WORLDWIDE, established in 1987, engaged in the manufacturing of high fashion leather garments & exporting to leading brands around the world. 

The company has a workforce of 1500 employees over seven factories. He is a first generation entrepreneur & has received multiple awards at the national level for his excellence in the industry. 

His passion to maintain high standards with zero compromise on quality combined with a flair to understand the market and it’s ever changing needs has been the force behind the success of his company.

He also runs a real estate business mainly involved in the construction & leasing of industrial warehouses in Chennai. 

He is the financial director of S4Carlisle publishing services, a Knowledge process outsourcing company.

Earlier, TRS was a member of the Board and CFO of Sutherland Global Services Inc in Rochester, NY. Prior to that TRS was CFO of Sify Limited in Chennai.

TRS was part of the management team that took Sify public in the US; raised funds in a successful public offering and several follow on offerings. Earlier, TRS held various positions in Shell International Petroleum Corporation in Finance and Technology areas.

TRS is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant (with J N Bose Gold medal for best performance in India), and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Madras (with the first rank in University).

TRS completed the three years Owner/President Management Program of Harvard Business School.

TRS and his wife Radhika live in Singapore.

Santoash completed his Masters in Information Systems Management at Carnegie Mellon University and his Bachelors Of Information Technology at Madras University.

He is a seasoned technologist and has spent over a decade leading advanced technology development teams. Recently, Santoash co-founded a company called spraoi.ai which develops ML/AI solutions for insurance companies in the US. Prior to that he spent about a decade working for Apple, leading their Digital Supply Chain team.

He has invested in and advised several startups.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family (wife and two kids). He enjoys travelling, hiking and reading.

Mr. Satish Kumar stepped down on March 31, 2009, from the position of the Managing Director and CEO of Henkel India Ltd, a subsidiary of the German Consumer Goods Major, Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. 

At the age of 39, he was the youngest to become a CEO of SPIC group of Companies. Since then he was on the Boards of Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Amrutanjan Healthcare Ltd., RoyalSoft Services Ltd. 

He is currently on the Advisory Boards of XS Real Properties Private Ltd, Ardor Group, etc. He has advised a number of companies like The Elgi group in Coimbatore, Resil Chemicals in Bangalore, and Cholayil Group in Chennai.

An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an Alumni of Columbia University through their Senior Executive Program, he has over 25 years of experience in the Industry. 

His accomplishments have been the startup business for Henkel in India beginning with the implementation of their production facilities and developing a National Sales and Distribution Network. 

Henkel India has received a number of awards in the last 20 years including ‘Most Admired Company’ by Marketing Journal A&M, Indira Award for Marketing Excellence, FMCG Award for Pril Bar in debutant category, FICCI & Green Tech Award for Environment Excellence, Product of the Year Award for Pril and Bref, etc. 

He was awarded the Indira Super Achiever Award for the year 2004 and Bhartiya Shiromani Puraskar Award for the year 2005.

He is in the Management Committee of a number of bodies like the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and was Past President of Madras Management Association (MMA) and Indo-German Chamber of Commerce.

He is in the Advisory Boards of Ralakshmi School of Business, Chennai, Rajagiri School of Management, Kochi, and Academic Council of Chennai Business School.

He is a mentor to a number of entrepreneurs and students. He is in the Governing Council of IIMPACT, a non-profit organization supporting quality primary education to illiterate girl children.

Selvam is the Co-Founder CEO of H S Supply Chain Services Pvt Ltd. He carries with him over 12 years of experience in handling sales, marketing, and supply chain functions across various levels, at Butterfly Kitchen Appliances, a Consumer Durables Major.

Armed with an MBA graduation specializing in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Purdue University, USA, he has also interned with Dell Inc. in their supply chain management function at their Nashville, Tennessee plant.

He is certified as an expert in the SCM domain, by the Global Supply Chain Management Institute, and also carries a Yellow Belt Certification in Six Sigma Processes.

A technology enthusiast, Selvam is also a founding member of the Los Angeles-based Intelligent IoT Integrator (i3), a platform that drives IoT adoption through participation among senior experts from the industry, academia, and research backgrounds.

He also co-founded and runs DiscoveryIoT, a Europe based blockchain startup that specializes in supply chain data analytics and modeling.
