A seasoned HR professional and executive consultant with a diverse set of experiences and interests which have shaped her zestful outlook towards startups and angel investments.
In her professional life, she has worked with global technology companies such as Accenture and TCS across multiple HR functions both in India and abroad.
Outside of work, she has a passion for service and philanthropy and serves as a director of her family’s trust set up to help multiple non-profit organisations and communities tackling a wide range of social issues.
Anusha has hands-on experience as a part-time educator, teaching young children with special needs and from underprivileged backgrounds. Having lived and worked in the U.S, U.K. and India she brings a global perspective and people-centric approach to business situations and startup teams.
Anusha holds. a B.A. in Sociology from Stella Maris College (Chennai), an M.S. in International Human Resources Management from Queen Mary University (London) and a post-baccalaureate certification in Organizational Behaviour from Columbia University (New York).
