Arundathi is currently a Board Member and Deputy Managing Director of Sundram Fasteners, an automotive component manufacturing company and part of the TVS group. She is also the Managing Director of Upasana Engineering, a subsidiary of Sundram Fasteners.
Arundathi has set up and managed several grassroots level projects within these organizations and is currently in charge of managing all international subsidiaries and business development.
In keeping with her passion for identifying and developing new business ideas, she helped Upasana Engineering transform from a small scale industry to a major auto component supplier and exporter operating from multiple locations.
Arundathi completed her MBA from the University of Michigan in 2000. Prior to that, she completed her Masters in Econometrics from the University of Madras and Bachelors in Economics from Stella Maris College.
